Unfurnished one-bedroom rents down $172 year-over-year: The average price for unfurnished one-bedroom rentals across Metro Vancouver is now $172/month lower than in August 2024.

Downtown Vancouver rents are up since May: Average rent for an unfurnished one-bedroom climbed to $2,818, up 4.1% compared to May, but still 2.9% below last year’s peak.

Langley sees the steepest annual drop: Unfurnished one bedroom rentals in Langley have fallen 13.8% since the start of the year, from $2,083 in January to $1,796 in August.
