Rents dip across Vancouver: 1, 2 & 3-bedroom units all posted month-over-month declines.

South Vancouver leads the slowdown: Within the City of Vancouver, Marpole, Sunset–Victoria Fraserview & Killarney consistently recorded declines in both furnished & unfurnished 1-bedroom rents, on both a month-to-month & year-over-year basis.

Surrey sees steepest decline: Unfurnished 1-bedrooms have fallen year-over-year for nine straight months, with September down -11.4%, the largest drop in Metro Vancouver.
