Pricing Analysis

We’ll thoroughly assess your property’s rental potential and review market trends with you, ensuring we align on a pricing strategy that supports your goals.

Marketing

We will professionally photograph your listing and advertise on all of the local rental boards, Facebook, Instagram as well as on our website. Your home will also be sent to our database of potential renters. 

Schedule Showings

From start to finish, we manage all showings on your behalf, saving you time, energy, and the hassle of coordinating with prospective tenants. We handle everything – from scheduling and communicating with interested renters, to conducting in-person or virtual tours and gathering feedback.

Special Maintenance

In the case of an emergency or required maintenance our team will give access to trades to remedy the situation and to handle the tenants requests. We have a rolodex of licensed high quality tradespeople for great rates.

We do not charge additional fees for service calls or tenant requests. This is all part of our promise to you to charge one monthly fee.

Handle Payments & Paperwork

We handle all the necessary paperwork to ensure full compliance with the BC Residential Tenancy Act. Rent payments are collected on your behalf and delivered to you promptly, along with a clear monthly statement for your records.

Property Inspections

We’ll conduct thorough inspections at every key stage—move-in, routine checkups, as needed during the tenancy, and move-out—to ensure your property is consistently well-maintained

We charge a flat fee monthly with no additional surcharges for maintenance request or emergencies. We try to keep your investment safe while still making it a great investment!

You don’t pay us a fee until we’ve successfully placed a qualified tenant. We take care of everything upfront—marketing, showings, screening, and paperwork. This performance-based approach means we’re fully motivated to find you the right tenant, as quickly and efficiently as possible.
